What can I say? Well, nothing really 'cos I did bugger-all towards the weekend, just relaxed and generally had a good time. I did observe the CASTECH timing crew, and all I can say is - they do a great job. They have a few more backup systems in place than we do, but other than that - I reckon your FTF timing crew are pretty damn good!
Thanks to Bob and Micheala for all their efforts. Tracy too - I hope your hip feels better!

I know this has been a long time in the making and we apologise for the delay with the series results, but please spare a thought for the people that spent many hours on calculating the data. If you can spot any mistakes that may have been made with your race position or points, then please forward an email with all of your details.
Below are the results from Round 1 at Long Gully to Round 5 at You Yangs.
Round 5 is finished with...get all the stats here.
After some mad panic organising, we got the permit and ran a race with only 2 weeks notice. Big pat on the back for everyone on the committee for working hard to make this happen.
Also, a big THANK YOU to all the following people:
Big thank you to Amanda and Bec as well - the timing doesnt just happen by itself!
Yet again, Scott Reidy and Neil Street did a fantastic job at transport . We dont think anyone could complain about the shuttles.
SPECIAL THANKS
A special thank you to all the riders who came out and turned a rushed event into a reasonably successful one. Thanks for all your patience during some of the delays we had (injuries and timing). And thanks for being not too messy! If we leave the place a mess, no one will get to use it again, so its important.
TIMING
OK...so we had some issues. Not major, but annoying all the same. Every time we publish we are confident of. When we are unsure during a race, we always lean towards the rider. I think that anyone who approached us got satisfaction. We hope so anyway.
Its all over...done and dusted. See how you went here.
